How to Apply

Four steps to joining us

    Complete the application form

    Fill in every field accurately. Complete and correct information speeds up processing and improves the likelihood of a successful application.

    Submit with the application fee

    Return the completed form along with the application fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the processing of your application.

    Meet the Principal

    New applicants for Nursery, Reception and Year One meet the Principal for a short, informal assessment before an offer is confirmed. No assessment is needed for Pre School.

    Offer and enrolment

    If we are able to offer your child a place, the registration fee becomes payable at that stage to secure it.

Fees

School Fees

Three terms per year. Pre School is available from two to five days a week, so you only pay for the days you need.

  • Application and registration fees are a non-refundable deposit.
  • BPS operates a no refund policy.
  • Fees are payable for the full academic year on registration, or via three termly instalments.

Wraparound care

Available from 7:45am to 3:00pm on request, by booking only. Useful if your working day does not fit the school day.

Age cut-off

Your child must be the minimum age for their class by 31st August. See our classes for the age range of each year group.

Uniforms

BPS uniforms are available from House of Uniform.
