The children will be working on developing independence and mastering daily routines. Helping children to do everyday tasks independently will help to boost their self confidence. These tasks are encouraged to be done independently at home too. Children will be introduced to literacy and numeracy through play and structured activities.
They will be listening to lots of different stories, poems, rhymes and songs. All of which will help them to verbally form correct sentences and use good diction. In addition to this we offer in house music and PE programmes to help develop strong motor skills, preparing them for numeracy, literacy and a seamless transition to Reception Class.
